We are pleased to announce that Gillespie has been awarded the prestigious Saint-Gobain Gyproc Trophy for Innovation, 2009. Saint-Gobain is one of the biggest material manufacturers in Europe.
The project that was selected was The Aviator Hotel in Farnborough, Hampshire, which is adjacent to the airport where the internationally renowned Farnborough air show is held. The project called for a series of circular balconies, a full entrance staircase with GRG walls, recessed lighting troughs and handrails with integral lighting.
This is a highly prestigious award and it means that Gillespie has been selected as the UK Representative at the 7th Saint-Gobain International conference which will be held in June 2010.
